Our Team Member Coaching Program continues to grow! During the temporary store closures, Team Member coaches, Lindsay and Bryan, expanded our digital career center services portal – Gwsn.org/missionsignup/.
The site contains information for anyone interested in gaining new skills and learning about additional online training opportunities. The digital portal includes career workshops and digital skills training as well as community resources that can help with food assistance, childcare and other much needed resources. After logging in, team members will be asked to create an account (if you don’t have one already).
Our Team Member coaching program has been offering soft skills training in addition to supportive services and community resources, at each new hire orientation and during each store visit. As you already know, a digital map of community resources was created so that team members could access help from their phones or computers. Team Members have already utilized the new portal to view workshop information, access community resources, discover opportunities to improve their digital skills, connect directly with a Team Member coach and more. GSN will continue to expand the resources and services that are made available on the portal to allow Team Members to continuously improve their skills and grow to their furthest potential.
